What size should I order?
Our hoodies and tees run oversized/drop-shoulder by design — if you want the true oversized look, order your normal size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down.

Yes, most of our catalog is designed as unisex fit.

We ship across Europe from our base in Berlin.
How long does shipping take?
Since every piece is made to order, please allow a short production time before your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the size or color you want — that way you're not waiting on us to process a swap.
Product & Care
What materials do you use?
Each product page lists the exact fabric and weight for that piece — most of our hoodies use heavyweight brushed fleece, and our tees are heavyweight cotton.
How do I wash my Naked Hearts Studio piece?
Cold, gentle wash, no bleach, low tumble dry, and iron around the print — not directly on it — to keep the design looking sharp.
